TOKYO, Japan - Masaaki Tsuchida, president of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE), shakes hands with Maurice Newman, chairman of the Australian Stock Exchange (ASE), at the TSE building in the Kabutocho district in downtown Tokyo on Aug. 8.
